What is the difference between “Pay once” and “Recurring”?
Pay once means one payment for the stated access period. It does not automatically renew.
Recurring means scheduled payments at the selected frequency. Current recurring plans are limited to the displayed 12-month programme.
How many times will I be charged?
The exact amount and frequency are shown before payment.
Annual upfront: one payment
Monthly recurring: up to 12 payments
Quarterly recurring: up to four payments
Half-yearly recurring: up to two payments
Will a recurring plan continue beyond 12 months?
No. Current recurring subscriptions are capped at their displayed 12-month programme and maximum scheduled payment count.
Can I cancel a recurring plan?
Yes. Cancellation stops future scheduled payments and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Current paid access continues until that period expires, subject to payment, account and applicable-term status.
Can I receive a refund because I changed my mind or stopped using the plan?
AIandMe does not routinely provide pro-rated refunds for changed mind, non-use, unused days, school or examination-plan changes, or partially used services.
What happens to access and AI credits after an approved refund?
An approved refund may change or end access linked to the refunded payment and may reverse or expire remaining credits granted by that payment. An approved preserve decision may leave access or remaining credits unchanged.
Used credits do not become cash or create a separate refund entitlement.
Historical billing and usage records remain part of the account record.
Open Billing history and share both payment references when asking for billing support. A duplicate payment may be considered through the refund review process.
The amount shown at checkout is the total amount the customer authorises for that payment. Applicable tax treatment is reflected in the purchase summary and billing document.
Applicable GST is included in the displayed amount.
